Rita Konig's Christmas Wishlist

Over the years Rita's knowledge and eye for detail has made her a go-to for all things interiors. Shop her must-have pieces to give your home a little pick me up for the New Year.

Best Made Co

I fell in love with this dog bed last year while I was in the Best Made shop in LA. I didn’t have a dog then, but now I do! I would love this in the office.

Tat London

I love the Tat website and find it so useful for finding the little bits that rooms need. I especially love her collection of small paintings which I hang low behind a lamp on an end table.

Nina Campbell

I grew up with these glasses and love using them. I would adore some of the high ball tumblers and double old fashioned whiskey tumblers. Can never have too many!

Daylesford

I can’t have enough baskets, I use them for everything from loo paper and fire-lighters to dog leads and treats. They make the most mundane items tidy, efficient and even attractive!

Rita Konig

I have always loved having match strikers on tables, once long ago for smokers, but now more usually on mantle pieces to light candles and fires. These rough pottery ones lit very efficiently where the glass ones can be a little tricky.

The Conran Shop

I love having a good choice of serving dishes and the robustness of this splatterware combined with the spinach green and olive oil yellow. Perfect for my North Farm kitchen.

Cutter Brooks

I just love what Beth Scanlon does, the desk stuff she makes reminds me of the sort of stationary my mother sold in the seventies only there are so many more papers now. I especially love these note paper holders because I am always looking for paper to write notes on at home.

Santa Maria Novella

I rarely have time for a scented candle - the hazard of leaving it lit and the boredom of waiting for the room to feel the effects. The terracotta pomegranates emit their delicious scent gently and constantly so that the room just smells quietly good all the time.

8 Holland Street

I love these mouth blown glasses. So pretty on a drinks tray for a gin and tonic, or on the table for either white wine or water. Would love 8!

Best Made Co

I think these are so useful and along with the Best Made tool box make excellent gifts for men. Both would be ideal present for my husband who needs all the ‘catch all’ help he can get.
