You will have a further 14 days to send your item back to the brand partner after receiving your returns label from Collagerie (applicable to UK orders only). The returns period will expire 28 days from the day on which you first received the goods.</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">For International Orders outside the UK,&nbsp;please notify Collagerie of your return request and Collagerie will provide you with the correct returns address. Please note, International Returns outside the UK are at the cost of the customer. <p data-mce-fragment="1">The estimated date for delivery of the goods is set out in the Confirmation Email. Once your order has been dispatched, we will keep you updated via email with tracking information (when available) and an estimated delivery date and time window.</p>

<p data-mce-fragment="1">In order to exchange an item, please purchase a new product from our website and return the item you wish to exchange. We will refund the returned item as set out above in '<strong data-mce-fragment="1">Cancellation, returns and refunds</strong>'.</p>
<h3 data-mce-fragment="1">REPEAT RETURNS</h3>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion lead to future orders being rejected.</p>
