About the artist: Following years as a successful art director for the likes of Vogue and The Sunday Times, and a decade living and working above Soho’s famous Coach & Horses pub, exhibiting his art in renowned London galleries, Ingrams left the capital and today divides his time between Norfolk and The Flow Country (an area of blanket bog that straddles both Sutherland and Caithness in the far north of Scotland). These rural settings are central to Ingrams’ paintings – landscapes that veer towards the abstract, doused in dazzling, pigment-rich colour, with brushstrokes as wild as the terrain itself. Working in acrylic on canvas or board, he captures all the vast and vibrant drama of the landscapes he loves.
“Wet Evening on Methwold Fen” is a fine art giclée print of Fred Ingrams’s original work created with acryllic on canvas, on 310gsm Hahnemühle Hemp paper.
