Cut loose in the most lightweight of organic cotton voile, to keep you cool in the heat, whilst being fully lined to ensure zero transparency.
Though her shape is loose, Veryan is flattering with delicate fabric gathers from the yoke panel at the centre front & centre back & a slim cut over the hips.
A wide ruffle finished with a contrast scalloped trim, elevates the simple shape, mimicked on the skirt hem.
Created using just two colours, the vintage peachy pink background is peppered with pillar box red roses, interspersed with kitsch little hearts to keep the print fresh. This one had to be called Darling Heart, in memory of my Nana, Marie St. Clair – it was her term of endearment for everyone she loved. This style also comes in two other beautiful print options - spring posy & midnight pansy, & a solid cocoa brown with antique inspired embroidery.
