Privacy Policy

You have&nbsp;14 days from the arrival date of your item to notify us of your wish to return the item. You will have a further 14 days to send your item back to the brand partner after receiving your returns label from Collagerie (applicable to UK orders only). The returns period will expire 28 days from the day on which you first received the goods.
For International Orders outside the UK,&nbsp;please notify Collagerie of your return request and Collagerie will provide you with the correct returns address. Please note, International Returns outside the UK are at the cost of the customer. Collagerie does not provide International return labels.&nbsp; To exercise the right to return items, you must inform us of your decision to return items by emailing&nbsp;<a href="mailto:customercare@collagerie.com">customercare@collagerie.com</a>.
If you return an item, we will reimburse you for the full price you paid for this item. Our refund policy does not cover the cost of your outgoing shipping costs (including outgoing duties &amp; taxes).&nbsp;Collagerie offers free return labels for UK-based customers.&nbsp;We will not process a full refund on the following conditions:&nbsp;

<li data-mce-fragment="1">where the goods are received by the brand partner without tags, in a used or non-resalable condition; or</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">the goods have been made to order;</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">bespoke, personalised or perishable items;</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">certain undergarments and earrings&nbsp;</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">The goods were final sale, as stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase</li>
</ul>
(A "Refund")
We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will send you the refund without undue delay, and no later than 28 days after the day the Partner you are returning goods to confirms receipt of the returned item.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. If you have received goods you must send back the goods to the Partner without undue delay and in any event not later than 28 days from the day on which you communicate that you wish to return the goods. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 28 days has expired.
We will only provide pre-paid return labels for United Kingdom addresses.
Please note that your return and refund rights if you return any items will depend on the type of items purchased, whether they are damaged or defective, how we are performing the contract, when you decide to return any items and the Partner's returns policy.
Our Partners are likely to reject goods that have been returned worn, damaged, used, without tags or original packaging. Certain categories of goods such as undergarments, swimwear and beauty products may be non-returnable.
Please note that you will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

<h2 data-mce-fragment="1">ORDERING GOODS VIA OUR WEBSITE</h2>
You place an order via our website when you check out of your shopping bag.&nbsp;Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it to us.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price, as determined by the Partner. Once you have entered into a contract with the Partner, the Partner will have a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the contract.
Legal title to the goods shall remain with the Partner until your payment is received in full.
When you place an order,&nbsp;we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgement does not, however, mean that&nbsp;your&nbsp;order has been accepted.
We reserve the right not to submit your order to the Partner, and the Partner reserves the right not to accept your order if, for example:

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£)(GBP). Prices are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable local sales taxes and do not include shipping or delivery costs.

All our products are dispatched by our Partners who are part of the Collagerie community, which is why you might find multiple shipping charges being applied at checkout. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods.
Delivery charges may vary according to the origin and destination of your chosen goods, as well their weight and sizes. If you want to see the delivery options for a particular item you will find all relevant delivery options and final shipping charges displayed at checkout before you place your order.
The estimated date for delivery of the goods is set out in the Confirmation Email. Once your order has been dispatched, we will keep you updated via email with tracking information (when available) and an estimated delivery date and time window.
Delivery of the goods will take place when our Partner's chosen delivery service delivers them to the address that you gave to us at the time your order was placed.
You are responsible for the goods when delivery has taken place. In other words, the risk in the goods passes to you when you take possession of the goods.
<h3 data-mce-fragment="1">IMPORT REGULATIONS AND DUTIES</h3>
If you order goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches a specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. Please note that items may not be deliverable overseas due to local law and it shall be your responsibility for any failure to deliver the goods overseas due to local law. <li data-mce-fragment="1">where the goods are received by the Partner without tags, in a used or non-resalable condition; or</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">the goods have been made to order;</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">bespoke, personalised or perishable items</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">certain undergarments, swimwear and beauty products as stated on the relevant product pages at time of purchase</li>

An order can only be cancelled in the case where the order has not already been dispatched by the partners. In the case the order has been dispatched a return will need to be processed once you receive the order.
<h3 data-mce-fragment="1">EXCHANGES</h3>
In order to exchange an item, please purchase a new product from our website and return the item you wish to exchange. We will refund the returned item as set out above in 'Cancellation, returns and refunds'.
<h3 data-mce-fragment="1">REPEAT RETURNS</h3>
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion lead to future orders being rejected.
<h2 data-mce-fragment="1">PAYMENT</h2>
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash.
We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying for the goods is secure by using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, any failure by us to comply with this contract or our Privacy Policy or breach by us of our duties under applicable laws we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us.
Your credit card or debit card will only be charged when the goods are Ordered.
All payments by credit card or debit card need to be authorised by the relevant card issuer. We may also need to use extra security steps.
If your payment is not received by us and you have already received the goods, you must pay for such goods within 15 days or return them to us as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the goods until they are returned to us.
If you do not return any goods (such as where you have not paid for them) we may collect the goods from you at your expense. We will try to contact you to let you know if we intend to do this.

We and our Partners will have no liability to you for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations, or for any damage or defect to the goods delivered to you, that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, terrorist attacks, acts of God, wars, embargos, riots, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or networks access, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural disaster, explosion, pandemic, government action, or accident.

The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and in the event that any provision thereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England &amp; Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England &amp; Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
