One of Kirstie Le Marque's four Story Lockets, the Open Your Heart is a modern take on the classic locket. Made with gold-plated sterling silver and complete with pave-set diamonds around the outside and a tiny stone in the centre, the heart opens up and can be used as a keepsake for anything small and precious enough to fit inside
